Fabiola Mora Cañizares
Fabiola was born in 1964 and lives in Marbella with her family. Despite living six years in Granada and twelve in Barcelona, Marbella is her city. She has worked for herself on interior design projects as well as in companies on management and administration. With training in marketing, publicity, protocol and other courses Fabiola believes you can never know too much.
From her teenage years Fabiola has collaborated on different associations and residents’ platforms. She was part of the management committee which started the ASA (Association for Gifted Children) in Marbella and San Pedro and President of the AMPA (Association of Mothers, Fathers and Students) of her son’s high school, a member of the Municipal Students’ Council and a member of the Citizens Council of Marbella. Fabiola belongs to the Platform in Defence of Trapiche del Prado, Marbella and its Trees, Marbella’s Borders, Association Marbella Activa and is on other committees. She is a person who believes that we can all make a small contribution and that to get to the top of the ladder we have to go up rung by rung but in the end we will get there.
Fabiola’s great passion is travelling. It teaches us that we are not the centre of the world, rather that we are part of a grand cultural richness and that respect and tolerance is a fundamental part of it all. She is convinced that between all of us we will be able to transform our city into a better place for our children.
